MDF files

Im pulling my hair out now I dont know wot else to do, I have recently downloaded a game in MDF format, I have converted this file to iso with ultraiso, it has installed the game but it wont run, can anybody help me on this matter, or does anyone know where i can find a no cd patch and if so instructions on how to install the patch thanks very much

are you sure the game doesnt come complete with a crack already? sometimes you need to explore the iso to find a crack directory.
