I drink coffee as well sometimes but I do drink a lot of water. I sometimes eat healthy food. I'm 19, an ectomorph. What will happen to my body?

Coffee or caffeine is a diuretic which partly eliminates water and salt from the body.
The body is made up of acids and alkalines which keeps a healthy balance internally and often shown externally for most individuals.
About 85% alkalines and 15% acid is the required amount.
Plenty of fresh cooked vegetables and chicken (if you're not vegetarian) , fibre, beans(not necessarily baked) and plenty of fruit should suffice.
Junk can contain a lot of acids which unbalances the system and can add to poor complexion, illnesses and even heart failure when eaten in excess. Being an ectomorph wont necessarily stop this happening.
Just be careful and junk food is okay in moderation.
Keep drinking the water.
Good luck
