Eggsperts of the world, speak to me words of wisdom. I have a pack of eggs in the fridge that has been pushed against the rear of the fridge and may have become slightly frozen at some point. The box has gone damp and the wee things have condensation on them. My question is: could I safely make a nice omelette using these eggs or should they be consigned to the bin?? Thank you.
