free biotherm body moisturiser offer

has anyone managed to actually cash in their voucher for this offer at a biotherm stockist? i have tried most of the central london stockists without success. most of them claim that they have never received the free samples into stock.

No not as yet but I was going to try in London at the weekend. But I am glad that I read your post.
it might be worth a complaint to Biotherm directly reporting your experience. You never know they might send you a bottle.

Found some more information about this offer on money market supermarket site. People are emailing direct to biotherm to complain and getting there bottles in the post with apology letters. Apparently many have been trying but finding that the stockists are not stocked

Thanks jumbella. I took your advice and e-mailed Biotherm. I also contacted their freephone number ( 0800 0371020 ) which first provides you with a recorded list of stockists, before eventually putting you through to a customer service advisor. Initially I was "fobbed off" but I persisted and they have now promised to send me the free sample as "a goodwill gesture"! I hope you have some success too.
