Either make sure your partner had twins for a Mum, Dad or sibling. Other than that, IVF implants usually use 3 embryos, assuming that some won't take. If they all do, you end up with triplets! (Or twins if two survive). Apparently there are tons more twins and triplets in existence now due to the amount of people having IVF, than ever would have occured "naturally" in the world.

I would say IVF, but why do you specifically want twins?

Some people yearn for just one baby, wouldn't it be best to accept what nature brings! (Unless of course, you are about to have IVF).
