I have recently discovered how to obtain films from the net.

I take the view that the film has made its money from the box office and the subsequent dvd sales are the icing on the cake.

Would Bruce Willis be bothered as he sits in his mansion on Malibou Beach that I am watching die hard 4 for nothing.

Where do you get them from doc? I would suggest "Pirate bay" for films anybody tried it yet? don't feel guilty I wouldn't.

I can see the point that Will Smith has made $10 million on I am Legend and Tom Cruise has more money than sense, but what about the minimum wager packing cardboard boxes at Amazon or the spotty geek working his Saturday evening in Blockbusters.

Piracey effects a chain. There really is no such thing as victimless crime.

Also piracey funds many terrorist activities, particularly in the far east. The old VHS pirate of ET was actually organised by the lovely IRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Within a few months of a DVD release you can usually find the film for around �7.99 and often less. Personally for the price of two pints of beer and a bag of crisps you get to keep a film that last around two hours for ever!!! Obviously it is a good film or at least has the potential to be , otherwise you wouldn't buy it. I think that is very good value.

Also remember that the Brad Pitts etc are probably 0.0001 percent of the movie industry. Most earn just a modest, if not below, decent wage.

Doc, the WWWW is an open sepulcher to anyone. I'm sure you're not alone in doing this; there are many others taking advantage and benefiting from it. Have you read the Site Rules? Just be careful, I'm sure you know you can be traced and indeed charged for doing this, that is, if it's illegal.

In the meantime do share your secret, this way at least you know you alone will not be going down. LOL.

I am not sure that you can be traced.

Just out of interest try driving around with a wireless laptop and see how many router connections you can pick up.

I also have a cynical view that in such a corrupt world anything is fair game.
