i have 16 abh,s on my record...have only been jailed for couple of them...give u an example..i was in fight yrs ago..guy got a scratch on his face ,no stiches required..i was remandedd for abh...depens if u have form..like me the cops tortured me for anythin...if u hav no form then u walk......its the nxt charge up from common assult...
