Viewing music files on my computer.

When I go to the My Music folder of my computer it's got other files in it for the genre of the albums and then when I open these they show the actual albums. Is there any way to jst view a list of every album within My Music all in one list rather than having to go into each individual folder?

Try viewing the files via media player. Open media player then click library, it should show all the music and video files on yur computer. There are various options on the left to sort the music by artist or album etc.
