just noticed tomorrow's [jan7] tv listings
there is another Lenny Henry show. I don't
find him funny along with Ricky Gervais
who is your unfunny comedian .and please don't say Legend as I am trying to work out what all this Legend business is about,

I cant abide lenny henry either, and wierdly enough I never found Tommy Cooper funny either...

I did love Dave Allen, and Morecombe and Wise tho... classics...

Billy Connerley is not funny, its good Parki has retired, as that seems to have put an end to Billy's TV exposure

pasta, do you mean Richard K. Amos? He is very good. He did a brill docu on 4 called "Batty Man", about homophobia in dancehall and reggae music, and the Jamaican culture.

He has been on Have I got News For You too, very funny yes.

Never found Bernard Manning funny.

I also thought Michael McIntyre who was on Live at the Apollo a few weeks before was brilliant.

I don't find Dylan Moran funny but he was great in Black Books on C4 with Bill Bailey.

Sorry Funnygirl, but I disagree about one of the Carrs.

Jimmy Carr is probably the best comedian on the circuit at the moment.

Alan Carr, however, is not funny at all.

And going back to Jo Brand, she is a little predictable nowadays but is very funny on the wireless with Mark Lamaar.

Have to agree with Wardy here (I lurk) about the Brands. I like Jo on the radio on Saturday when she's on. I cannot stand Ricky Gervais- pompous! I do like Hardeep Singh Kohli though, tongue in cheek humour, talented cook and terrific taste in his toning shirts and turbans. I think he's really great.
I do like Billy Connelly though. Lee Evans makes me perspire, so I just don't bother!
