Jugglering, just to say thank you for the bread recipe. Made it today and it is fab. Will try the pizza dough next. Thanks again.

Hey, glad you enjoyed it ! I made a brilliant cheese & onion loaf last night.... would you like the recipe for that too ?

Yes please
� small onion, finely chopped and saut�d for a few minutes in a little oil or butter, then allowed to cool (if it's too hot it might kill the yeast)
2 tsp yeast
500g strong white flour
1 tbsp sugar
150g strong cheddar, grated
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard (wholegrain is nice, or just use dry)
300ml water

NB The onion and mustard are both optional but they give the bread a nice little extra *something*. If you want, you can add another 25g grated cheddar to the top of the bread about 3/4 hour before the end of cooking.

Thanks again. I think that will be the next one made, my hubby loves cheese bread!!
Sorry for not responding last night but my computer decided it wanted a rest and it took me ages to sort it out. I don't know about making your life easier!!!
