im a student from Europe and would like to find a summer job preferably in Southern Europe in cafe, bar, restaurant, hotel. Is it possible with not knowing their native language, but knowing english, russian and little german?

Yes of course it is, why wouldn;t it be? You just need to make some enquiries through your student union i think, probably better than turning up half organised, that is both dangerous and potentially expensive, ask at your university about it and see if anyone has any experience, they are more likely to have the info and advice you need,
I would imagine the quiet places would speak in their native tongue, If you want to stick to english go for the touristy area's, not sure how widespread russian is used in western europe
I knew a little German once, a midget from Duesseldorf.

Russian..... any cause for alarm bells here.
Tenerife if you can speak english german and russian theyre the 3 most popular tourists here.Hotel reception work no problem as long as youre from an eu country just register for a nei number and start looking for work.
