Thinking about starting one of these clubs but unsure which one, anyone got any views on what they think is best? I'm use to weight watchers but have heard a lot about slimming world. Many thanks
was there anything you did not like about weight watchers?? I have not attended any but have friends that went to weight watchers - all losing around 2 stone, none of them go anymore as they dont have to, would say the weight has been kept off now for over 8 months.
Well I'm sticking to it now but often feel hungry on it - I've been told that you always feel full on the slimming world plan. I also find that I'm great through the week while at work but come the weekend when theres no routine I can't stick to it. Any tips?
