Fancy Dress Costumes

I need help to find a fancy dress supplier for myself and friends. We are have a large party and all need costumes, one of the problems is that we need XXL sizes, up to a 50'' inch waist/chest. I am unable to find a supplier for this. Also we are on are very tight budget. Any help much appreciated.

If you know of any shops in the London area, especially Heathrow area.

Hi Tim

The best advice I can give you is as you are in London try the theatres in the west end. The Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester does fancy dress hire from its costumes in stock. They have a wide range of sizes, designs etc and charge the same as the local fancy dress hire. One of the theatres in the west end may do something similar.

Could you not adapt some of your ordinary clothes and just buy accessories to finish off the outfits? Eg Blues Brothers just needs hats and sunglasses, a punk needs make-up, a few safety pins, chains and zips, you could even fashion something out of a bin bag.
