Saw an answer for this that fitted perfectly on another website and it definitely had a Jamie Oliver ('naked' chef) connection but it wasn't Quack Quack. Trouble is I can't remember what it was and now I can't remember what the website was. Pretty sure it was WikiAnswers but when I bring that up in Google now it just brings up the clue and not the answer!

Not much help, sorry, but worth pursuing the Naked Chef angle I reckon.
