Has anybody taken up the Experian Free 30 Day Credit Check online offer, and then cancelled at the end of the 30 days? I just want to take advantage of the free offer but as you have to give them your credit card, number how easy is it to cancel? Do you have to write to them to cancel? I couldn't see anywhere on their website which allows you to contact them via e-mail to do this.

I did it, I joined, got my credit check and then cancelled, it was all above board. I cancelled by phone, I did it this way to ensure it would be cancelled.

If you want to know your Credit history send them a letter with a cheque for the amount required. I did this many years ago. I also checked out their website but I didn't want to give them my bank details.
