Same as you, sent off in September and had priority number. The gadget came in November but wasn't working properly, the LCD display was all broken up so impossible to read accurately. I managed to get hold of a phone number, the chap told me he was clicking to send me another while I was speaking to him and asked me to return the faulty one; as I had the original packing he said I could highlight the return address without paying postage, which I did the same day. But I still have not received the replacement - I assumed they were awaiting supplies and did not want to waste more money phoning. I should have known better - last year the language translator (which I had promised to my grandson) never arrived. Eventually, after several emails and letters, I got my 9.99 back.

Perhaps we grannies should know better!
Received my free gift from the Mail before Xmas.
a 5 garden voucher.
Hi, I was given a 'brain trainer' as an extra Christmas present. My friend said she'd got it from the Daily Mail. It works okay but is very boring. Logic training on it, for instance, is adding two single figure numbers on it one hundred times. You have to complete 100 pretty boring 'puzzles' each time without mistake, if you want to progress to the next level which is more of the same only faster.

Thanks all
Thought the brain trainer might amuse one of the grandchildren - but probably not from what you have said!
I had expected to receive a garden voucher as it was the lowest price item anyway but have not even had that - still I suppose it was free except for the stamp.

I think I get more 'brain training' on this site anyway as well as friendly chat and help
We got a pair of 'golden ' ear rings and a 5 T& M voucher.
Did any one receive any thing good?
You're right, Wendy, this site (and keeping up with the grandchildren) is probably all we need to keep the brain active. No more Daily Mail offers for me, that's my New Years Resolution!
My husband sent for the World War 1 DVDs and book. We haven't heard anything but the cheque was cashed. I'll ring them on Monday
Rang Daily Mail today (why wait!!) they have received the order and hope(!) to be desptching it within 2 weeks. No comment.
