I want to make a complaint to Royal Mail and have looked on their website but there isn't an address to send it to.I have tried sending an e-mail quite a few times but the system isn't working . I then tried phoning and they ask you to e-mail them or call back later as all their advisors are busy, it appears they don't have a queuing system and don't have an accessible customer services .Can anyone help please.
The customer service at Royal Mail is god awful I have had to complain loads of times about problems with mail at work and shouting at them doesn't work either. I'd do what B00 says and get a form from your local Post office counter if you have one.
Thanks BOO and hellibobs I hadn't thought of that. I had ordered gift tokens on the 29/11/07 for Christmas presents and they were despatched on the same day, I received them this morning. Apart from making myself look a fool complaining to the people who sent them, you expect the letter to arrive the next day with first class not 43 days later and now I am stuck with tokens I don't want.
The Royal MAIL want you to EMAIL them not WRITE to them.
Do they not realise that if you write to them, you have to buy a stamp, the money goes to them and they make some money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a bit like Esso telling everyone to buy from Texaco!!!!!!!!!!
Is it any wonder our postal service is in chaos??????
