daytime fishing programme

I'm looking for the name of a daytime fishing programme (could have been a series!) that was on british tv in july or august of this year. It was about 2 men travelling around south america and the caribbean looking for fish. They visited a remote caribbean fishing island which had a lighthouse wreck and piles and piles of conch shells all over the place. They were looking for shallow water fish that were silvery white in colour. Any ideas?? Does a nyone know how to find old tv listings??
