Infantalism whereby adult like to be young kids is indeed a strange fetish. As long as they don't harm kids however, I suppose it's OK.

So is this song an announcment of infantalism or just a sweet ode to childhood?

I swear Mr B is simulating a nappy movement at around 50 secs, if you have seen a baby do a poo in a nappy that is.
