do you ever wonder what nice thing you can do with turkey mince

well i just did this for 2, and its delish, no skill required...
1 massive onion chopped finely
chopped garlic
1 tbsp dried sage
250g turkey mince
1 chicken oxo cube
gently fry onion for a couple of mins, add garlic and sage, continue cooking gently for another coupla mins. add the turkey mince and crumble in the chickin oxo and carry on till cooked. today we had this with steamed pak choi and garlic bread, but its real nice with spagetti as an alternative to spag bol. mmm mm mmmmm!

I know Morrisons sell turkey mince. Can't say Im too keen on it.

Never tried turkey mince but i do know someone who makes burgers out of it using mango chutney.

ethandron - i forgot to say that after the mince went in i chucked in about 75ml of water to loosen things up a bit. this thickens in with the oxo cube and reduces so its quite moist.
