violent disorder
I was involed in a incident between 2 groups of youths my group and another. various sticks and bars were used by both parties. I was injured at the very start of the confrontation and therefore wasnt involed again and tryed to dissovle the situation. The other group took things too far and seriously injured one of my friends putting him in intensive care. I am really worried about my friends health and also about going to prison. Everyone involed had been drinking.

On the face of it ,you and others, mob handed and armed with weapons, got into a fight with another lot similarly equipped. The fact that everyone had been drinking may be seen as making matters worse. The basis of the charge here is there was fighting and violence, involving at least three people ,which was such as to frighten anyone normal who witnessed it..That sounds like a case for a custodial sentence.
