i need to know what the statute of limitations for computer crimes is in new hampshire. the seezed my computer, camcorder, adn soem home made vacation dvd's. the person who commited the crime was 15 so he is a minor. can they hold it over his head until hes 18 and trial him as an adult. he was looking at children his own age adn older nude. i know it was wrong and so does he adn we went to counsleing so no perv comments all i need is an answer. what are the statute of limitations for a computer crime in new hampshire

You've posted your question on a UK-based board, so you might not find any experts on New Hampshire statutes. However, this might be relevant:

Waiting until a juvenile becomes an adult, before bringing a criminal prosecution (and then treating him as an adult) would seem to breach international conventions on human rights, so I think that it would be extremely unlikely to happen.

This is the US we are talking about, Chris. They don't hold much store by human rights conventions when it doesn't suit them.
