Banned questions

I dont know where to put this question so here it is. What warrants banning a question? I have had 4 questions banned+i couldnt see any reason why three of them were banned!

Repeating a question, i.e. if you accidentally hit submit twice. That's how my question got banned.

...or if you post the same or almost the same Q in different categories.

or if it's rude, or abusive, or starts getting too chatty or personal like most of mine do..

If a Question you answer gets banned then your answers go with it. Or if your Q is similar to someone elses that is already being answered.

They only seem to get banned when i post an answer on them. Lets see how long this question lasts for!

I see that the question "E-mail Medical Help" didn't last very long, shame really coz it was quite funny.
