I have a conservatory.....polycarb roof and double glazed windows and i use a 3 kw oil filled radiator.

The conservatory is approx 45m3 (12' x 15' x 7'...ish) and i also use a small 6" desk fan to distribute the heat. We find this more than adequate.

Maybe one of the 2kw dehlongi oil filled rads would be fine or a couple of cheap 2KW fan heaters would suffice.

Really you are asking a question that is too open-ended. The only place heat goes to is to the cooler outside - sideways through the walls, up through the roof and down through the floor. There's a physics law that says energy cannot be destoyed. So the amount of heat you will need depends entirely on the insulation you have in place and the ambient temperature outside.
