Park Homes for sale??

Iam desperate to sell my park home, however I am not getting viewings from my chosen 'specialist' agent.
There are numerous web sites but the fees and charges start to mount up. Has anyone sold recently and can perhaps give me a few tips.

Talk with you agent and ask them why, if they are any good they should be open with you. It may be that they can suggest ways to make your home more attractive.

Also ask another agent to come and have a look

However the sad fact is that the property market is very slow at this time.
