How much will the repairs cost roughly on my S Reg KA

I am new to this site. I took my car for an MOT and it failed on the reasons listed below. They said that it would cost over �300 for it to be fixed. Does that sound about right?
1) Nearside front rear suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated resulting in excessive movement
2) Nearside front tyre tread depth below requirements of 1.6mm
3) Offside rear seat belt locking mechanism does not secure or release
4) Parking brake lever has no reserve travel
5) Front brake pad less than 1.5mm thick

sounds reasonable to me IF it includes labour, parts and VAT. You'd better check.

1) new rubber bush required
2) new tyre required due to tread being below the legal limit (maximum 3pts on your licence and a maximum fine of �2500) - DANGEROUS!!
3) faulty seat belt - DANGEROUS!!
4) Hand brake pulls up too far
5) new brake pad

if its a wishbone arm bush its actually cheaper and quicker just to replace the wishbone arm, usual ford problem.
