A murder case is to be heard in secret after the prosecution said it could harm National Security. The defendant wanted it heard in open court. His defence names other people who he thinks could be involved. This is obviously the stuff which the Crown wants to suppress. The case involves an author and some stolen money.

All sounds intreguing, anyone know anymore details?

could it be one of those cases where the defendant claims to be a spy whose cover must not be blown or something? If I meet any moles, I'll ask.
Sounds like a Dan Brown novel!
an author and some stolen money? Not Jeffrey Archer again !
