I work (damn hard!) for the NHS...and I can tell u so many parts of it ARE a shambles...

The mess isn't caused by the folk on the ground, (nurses, physios, technicians, gp's etc, etc,) BUT.... by the ridiculous UPPER management who have no idea of what is required to care for anyone but their wallets....

Right enough of my rant......!!!!! I am now off to the pub too....:-)
