Hi,

I am planning on visiting London on Easter Sunday and Monday, I can imagine that cab fares will be double so will need to take the tube, will they be open as usual both days?

Also, can anyone tell me how much it would normally cost in a cab from oxford street to the 02 arena?

Thanks in advance

they run every day except Christmas as far as I know; probably Sunday frequencies both days. I don't know the cab fare but the Jubilee Line will get you from Bond St (station on Oxford St) to North Greenwich in about 20 minutes, which is quicker and cheaper than any cab I've ever been in.
Like Network Rail, TFL quite often use bank holiday weekends to undertake major works on the underground, so you can expect some route or station closures at Easter, though not necessarily the route you need. A bit nearer the time, go to the TFL tube page
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/modalpages/2625.aspx
and click on "planned works".
