Can anyone please tell me if you can still get child tax credit if you have savings but a low income and if so what is the saving ceiling?

The rules for Tax Credits are different. There is no savings ceiling at all. What happens is that if your (or your + your partner's) income from your savings (i.e. interest & dividends) total more than �300 pa then it is taken into account as part of your income & reduces the amount of Tax Credit you can get.
