If you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself yourself then get someone in. It's not difficult to replace, on ours it meant taking off the back panel of the oven and replacing the part. A bit fiddly but not difficult.

as mentioned before if the ignition has completely failed on all burners and presuming the fuse in the plug is ok its likely to be the spark generator. you can order a new one from gas on spares in halesowen who have a website and mail order facility. to order the part though you will need to find the data badge which is usually just inside the oven door and make a note of the model number, serial number and the pnc number.
if its just one of the hotplate burners gone then it could be the spark electrode that needs replcaing and if its an oven with automatic ignition it could be a micro switch behind the oven knob.
these jobs arent difficult if you know what your doing but they can be fiddly and it can be a challenge working out how the cooker comes apart as every make and model is different.
