capped parking fee in scotland

I heard on radio today that scotland is having there car parking capped at 3 pounds a day in hns hostpitals.I hope they are not exspecting the south of england to subsidize them again.

Get off your high horse and do something about it instead of lamely blaming yet again the Scots -I am pig sick of it -RIGHT !!!!!

(oooooo and we dont have NHS hospitals like Ninewells in Dundee where it costs ansn arm and a leg to park tker -of cousre not -10p in the meter -that#ll do you all day madam -why thank you kind sir) -yeah -get real -we have to walk sometime a mile to get from the car to the hospital and thats when we are ill.

the scots are sponging of the south and thats how we south see it now laabour are only looking after you because mosst of you are labour surporters lol
