Last one -the close was minging -I decided I/she (oops) didnt want it before we saw it.Scaffolding outside -whats it for -erm dry rot -yikes !!!!!!!!

Well things can only get better -fingers crossed everyone -she needs a break and this could be her special light at the end of the tunnel.

good luck with the flat looking tomorrow Drisgirl. Being a parent never gets any easier huh. My son wants to go to uni in Middlesbrough. We live in Norfolk, so its a fair way away..
