(Scuse the background colour of the video - not sure who recorded it, but it was when we went to see him play in Harlow, when he was over from Perth a little while back).
He is very good and by the comments left he is well known and highly rated -good one !!!
My daughter had the unfortunate experience of noticing that amongst other you tubes of her pals there was one with her name on it -so she foolishly opened it in front of me.
Yes it was a night of drunken antics -I found it very funny -I know I should have tut tutted but she was hilarious and made a complete erse of herself.
Now if only someone would video me when I too am being an erse with the drink and post it on you tube -dont think I would drink again but until that day happens I will live in blissful ignorance (other word for blackout)

Thank you Wingnut & Drisgirl. Yes, we're very proud of our John, as he's self taught, but was inspired by my musical Dad.
Be interesting to know if your sister has heard of him Wingnut? Where does she live in Perth?
Be interesting to know who your nephew is too BM? -xx-

Hi again Smudge :o)
She lives in Success which is south west Perth (I think, she has moved a couple of times and I don't know Oz at all! lol)
I texted her to ask her (although she is probably a sleep now) but then remembered she said on MSN earlier that she has no credit left on her mobile, so may not hear for a few days.
Self taught! that's very impressive :o)

Hi Wingnut - not heard of Success, but my sis' lives in West Leedeville & her children live in Mount Lawley, Canning Vale & Como WA.
It's nice to keep in touch with family abroad, but it must cost your sister a bomb in texts living in Perth!
Yes, John started playing the piano at 3 years old & progressed from there. My Dad was a brilliant piano accordionist too, so we had lots of happy musical days as kids!
Sorry to hijack your thread Hays...
