Plotting an audiogram on a word document
5 Answers
Dopes anyone know of any technology or software that can be used to plot audiograms on word documents. I type reports at work for teachers of the deaf and have to either scan the report (which is time consuming) or stick one on a master copy and photocopy which means I can't send the report via email. Does anyone know of anything I can persuade my firm to purchase which would make life easier.

to plot a chart in word - depending on the version
in 2003
open a report
insert | object | Microsoft Graph Chart
this gives a bar chart (and extra menu options)
before entering data from the chart option - choose the chart type (add/delete lines as required)
at this point I'd "save as" and create a template
in 2007
from the ribbon thing
insert | chart |
then it's as above
