What is the name of the acoustical piece at the END of Charmed called and does anyone know who the artist is?

(NOT the Love Spit Love song from the beginning of the show - the music played when the credits at the END of the show are rolling)

it might be quicker if you went to a Charmed forum and asked there.... I know there's one at www.livingtv.co.uk, but I don't know how busy it is. You could try Googling it.... :o)
