This was to-day driving home through small saddleworth village

My auntie lives in hebden bridge and they have had a really bad day of it, she is 82 and can't walk too well and is stuck indoors but the calder is rising and she is worried

Bad for a lot of folk eh Dot. Who would have thought places like hebden bridge would be under threat.


And why do the locals call Sowerby Bridge Sawby Bridge ?
Hpoefully the rain is easing off now but freezing temps are forecast for tomorrow so all roads will be like skating rinks so be carefull.

Hi scarecrow, that was The Rose and Crown but closed many years ago. Was a music shop but that is now shut.
