virgin media
i currently have virgin broadband,tv and phone line and have been trying to get the bills changed into my name for the past year as the last person to live in my residense had the account. she has not lived here since december 2006. i have filled out forms to change the details three times, phoned and tried to change and vitgin media refuse to change anything! i keep getting bills but have no idea on how i can stop this or get it changed. anyone any idea on what i can do?
