ad-Aware free SE personal edition

can anyone please explain to me, in simple terms, how to update my adaware definitions, which show as out of date and then error when I try to update them. thanks.

Ad-aware SE has been replaced by Ad-aware 2007,so the SE version is not now supported. Uninstall the SE version and download the new version.

To clarify, the free version of SE is no longer supported.

Those with Plus, Professional or Enterprise editions are still able to download definition updates.

I downloaded the new free version recently and am very pleased with it - different and clearer interface.
