But it may be difficult to sleep if babygrl4ever has to work during the day!
I found that when my daughter wouldn't sleep and cried when we put her down, the best thing to do was to leave her for a while, say 5 minutes, then go back in, i would give her a kiss but not speak to her and lie her back down. I tucked a teddy under her arm and coveree her back up. Then i left the room, if she cried again, i would go back in and repaeat the process, gradually leaving it longer in between going in to see her. It took a couple of nights but eventyally she realised that it wasn't going to work if she cried and she come to realise that bedtime was nothing to cry about and that if she was tired it was the best place for her, now a few months on, she is 15 months old and she stands by the door and asks to go to bed when she is tired, she lies down and snuggles into her teddy and thats her for the night. Please try it, it sounds like hard work but it is worth it when you get a good nights sleep. It also works if they wake during the night, as you just go in and give them their teddy and let them cry for a few minutes until they get fed up! Good luck!
