Vague question about 90s group

Doubt any of you will have a clue what I'm on about as these are by far the vaguest of details. Looking for a 90s male group - not sure they were exactly "boy band" - only had one big song as far as I recall, the video for which was shot in some place sunny, poss LA/California? The song itself was quite an upbeat kinda song, probably released mid 90s. The band had a number in their name, almost certain it was a 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Could it have been All4One with I Swear? The video fits the bill, and it was their only big hit, although I'd hardly call it upbeat - here's the vid:
