cooking sprats?

Hello, my hubby has just bought in some sprats, i hate the smell of fish in the house as it lingers for so long, i know your meant to fry them but does anyone know a recipe for cooking them in the oven? thanks.

I LOVE SPRATS AND i cutTHE HEADS OFF AND PUT IN A BAG WITH FLOUR and chilli flakes or powder anmd then stick on a baking tray ion a hot oven for 15-20mins then serve with lemon wedges and garlic mayo x enjoy
