who got the bad weather they have predicted for today and the next couple of days?

they do this all the time, here in birmingham they panic about snow and close all the school even before there is any snow!

Im hoping its okay tomorrow, apart from the wind this morning it was nice and sunny into the afternoon

It has been freezing cold here in London with scattered rain.
They reckon tomorrow is the day now!!! Yeah!

I have got my wellies, extra thick jumper, corduroy trousers, hat and scarf at the ready!

We had high winds early this morning and rain until about 2pm then it cleared over. I know certain parts of the country are having a really bad time of it but I think the weather people lay it on a bit then they can't be accused of not warning people if it turns really nasty.

Here in Saddleworth it was bad early morning with howling winds and heavy rain then hail stones, brightened up till about mid afternoon then more hail and winds, its a bit windy at the moment but don't know if its raining because my curtains are shut and I can't be bothered getting up off my backside and having a look.

Absolutley horrendous weather here! We have strong gales, hail storms, rain and it is getting worse every hour!
I found it laughable last week when I checked the weather online on BBC website as for our area it reckoned the winds were only 29mph!!!! more like 70 mph, so much damage and now we have had 2 days let up and the winds are back with avengence!!!
