Can a combination boiler be installed over a kitchen sink under building regulations

Please help a gardening novice lol!

i'm unsure to be honest, the rule always was that if you site a boiler in the bathroom then you must not be able to reach the electrical controls whilst you were in the bath due to the risk of electrical shock, i would guess the same is true about siting it over a sink.
go to the corgi website and email the technical dept and see what they say then let us know out of interest
