A mug is a type of sheep . Artificial lighting = Lamps .
32 . Term is used for termination i.e. the letter g with signed "off" .
16A. I put chiaus...'do' = make an anagram of 'such' + 'i' for one and 'a' for 'accepted' into the anagram. 'Chiaus' is listed in Chambers as a variant of 'chouse' = a cheat/swindler. (Not totally sure about 'a' = 'accepted', but otherwise it all seems to hang together.)
