You should take your cat to the vet for a number of reasons - to check that the wound is not infected, to remove the stiches you have put in, and replace them properly, with special suture thread which natrually decomposes as the wound heals, and will not require removal, and to generally ensure your cat's health, which is why vets train for years, and have letters after their names, and charge the likes of you and I to stitch our animals ... because you need a professional! Make that call.
