internet disruption

on the news it says the middle easts (think thats who it was) has had their internet disrupted due to a ship dropping anchor on an undersea cable. It said it could be a week before its sorted.

What would you all do if that happened here? lol

it would have a serious effect on my work as its 90% online, home wouldn't bother me too much as i'm rarely in or logged on at night

I spent about 3 weeks offline when my lappy was nicked. There were 2 pcs in the house but I didnt like using them, it felt like driving an unfamiliar car lol I think it was a good thing to come out of a bad thing. I totally curbed my online addiction and now I only come online for a 10th of the time I used to.

I wouldnt dare go to an internet cafe legend, I spend most of my time online doing roaring belly laughs, I would get locked up if I did that in public rofl

what not being able to work, i'd be more concerned that i couldn't post on here and the other sites i frequent througout the day!

not working with a legitimate excuse like that one would be heaven, mind you the boss would probably insist i do something about the filing mountain that's threatening to take over my desk!

Aw pix -if my internet went down -I would have horrendous phone bills and all you lot would have to change your numbers -now you dont wanna have to do that - do ya.
