Yes, unless you actually inform them you are not accepting changes to terms of employment you are deemed to have consented.

See your shop steward.
Plus they have to give 28 days notice of any changes
They cannot unilaterally change the terms of your contract without consulting you first. If they have changed the terms and you do not agree with them do not sign. You MUST also register written opposition to your contract otherwise you will have been deemed to accept the change and confirm the contract by continuing to work.
