What do people in the UK think of Piers Morgan? He is currently the star of "Celebrity Apprentice" here in the USA. I don't know whether to love him or hate him, but he certainly makes the show worth watching. How is he viewed in the UK and why is he famous?
lord knows why In A Pickle says PM has flopped as a TV presenter. He's one of the hottest personalities on telly today, in the UK and USA. Love him or hate him, he's got a great brain, is a sharp and witty writer, and undoubtedly has an exceptionally bright future.
Not sure where flip has lived for the last few years but 'hottest personality on TV' is nowhere near a true definition of Piers Morgan in ANY way shape or form.
Piers Morgan is an egotist at best who is full of his own self importance.
He become editor of the Daily Mail but was sacked after he conceded photos of British soldiers abusing an Iraqi were fake. According to the BBC, it was a calculated hoax by Morgan amd IMO a disgustung way for someone, who had access to a media that reached milliona of people, to behave.
I agree with Poison-Ivy, his book is one of my top 5 as well. I eagerly awaiting his next paperback book!
I like Piers, yes he can be obnoxious but he has a sharp brain and has a talent for getting people to tell him their secrets. I would like to see him do a chat show like Parkinson.
