The last one has already been answered twice, once by me in response to a question about a weel ago, once by someone else in response to a question from you, and finally this time by slaney. It doesn't matter how manty times you ask about the Banker being driven mad, the correct answer will always be the same - a BANDERSNATCH. Oh yes, and raysparx1 is right about the first one - a quick Google query brings an extract from Chaper 1 of the book up as about the third entry - the first two coming from Answerbank
